Meet the person behind it
Hi, I'm Steven Laws, founder and video director of NOVA Avatar Media.
I'm an artist first. For years I've worked as a music producer, scriptwriter and indie filmmaker. That background shapes everything we make: every video starts with a script, because a video only helps your business if it says the right thing to the right person.
I began with traditional indie films shot on digital cameras, and I learned how much can go wrong on a physical set. Schedules slip, people cancel, locations fall through, and the costs keep climbing. When AI video finally became believable enough to use, I saw a way to keep the storytelling and drop the logistics. Today I make my own AI films, with custom actors, sets and scenery, at a much lower cost and with no scheduling headaches. NOVA Avatar Media brings that same approach to your business.
I started this company because businesses need fresh video every week, for social media, websites and their own marketing, but don't have the time or budget to hire a crew and write scripts that turn viewers into customers. I'm based in Chantilly, Virginia, and I work with local service businesses, medical and dental practices, coaches, real estate professionals, influencers, and more.
What we do
Build your digital hosts. One presenter or a conversational pair, styled with your wardrobe, your branding and your choice of studio.
Capture your voice. Clone your own voice from a short sample, or choose from a premium voice library. In the Chantilly and Centreville area, I can also record you in person with broadcast-grade gear (local add-on).
Script it for you. You share raw notes and customer questions, and we turn them into natural, on-brand dialogue.
Edit it to a professional standard. Every package is delivered in the format your platform needs, vertical or horizontal. The Commercial Bundle adds multi-camera-style editing, custom music, lower-third graphics and burnt-in captions.

You stay in control. Before anything is finalized, you review how your hosts look and sound.
We're upfront about the technology. These are AI-generated hosts, and we'll help you use them responsibly, including following each platform's rules on labeling AI-generated content. We only clone a voice with the owner's clear consent.
